STATE PRESIDENTS’ VISIT
The State Aerie President and State Madam President of the Ladies Auxiliary will visit the Redmond Eagles on Monday, February 3.  Join them for a delicious meatloaf dinner at 5 p.m., followed by the monthly meetings at 7 p.m. (Auxiliary) and 7:30 p.m. (Aerie).   (Price of the dinner is $7.50.)

A “SWEET” TIME TO JOIN THE EAGLES!
During the month of February, both the Aerie and the Ladies Auxiliary will be holding special membership drives.  Become an Aerie member for $40 or an Auxiliary member for $30 and enjoy the benefits of belonging to the Eagles!  Inquire at the bar for membership forms. 

LADIES AUXILIARY UPDATE
Congratulations are in order for Carole Browning and Myrna Talaga, who were recently elected as District Deputy and Assistant District Deputy.  Their leadership has put Redmond on the map and will give us an opportunity to be kept up to date on District events and activities.  Let’s assist and support Carole and Myrna with their new duties!
Other Auxiliary news:  In January, Lena Bartram would have won $65, and Anna Carlson would have won $70 if they had been at the monthly meetings.  The pot is now at $75!   Carole Browning and Mavis Board were the lucky attendance pot winners.

VALENTINE’S DAY AT THE EAGLES
Come with your valentine or come to meet your valentine!  Enjoy our always delicious prime rib or steak dinner on Friday, February 14 and be treated to a special dessert and special door prizes.
You’ll have a lovely time……….♥♥♥

YOU GOTTA BE IN IT TO WIN IT!!
Beginning on Friday, January 31, and every Friday, there will be a progressive weekly joker poker game beginning at $100.00.  Drawings will be held at 8 p.m. 
And, starting in February, 50-50 games will be played every Thursday with drawings during the last poker break.  Come on down and be a winner!

GOLF SEASON KICK OFF
Annual Golf Banquet on Sunday, February 9 at 5 p.m.  See Cheryl for more details……….

TRAVEL CLUB UPDATE

***We want to thank all of those who attended the Travel Club’s Annual Crab Feed.  Your participation made this a very successful event.  We hope you had a good time!  Congratulations to all the raffle prize winners.  Please be sure to THANK THE SPONSOR of your winning prize.  Their support makes the raffle possible!

***Anyone interested in becoming a member of the Travel Club?  Meetings are on the 2nd Wednesday of the month at 7 p.m.  We discuss outings that members are interested in (i.e. camping trips – casino trips – local outings – out of state outings, etc.  How about a trip to Yellowstone, the Grand Canyon? Reno? Vegas? Laughlin?  The possibilities are endless!  The dues are $10 per year for a single person or $20 per unit.  Applications are available at the club. 
***Our next meeting will be on Wednesday, February 12 at 7 p.m.

UPCOMING EVENTS TO LOOK FORWARD TO!
St. Patrick’s Day Party, Friday, March 14 – Green beer and live music by “Overdrive.”
CARNIVAL!! Friday, April 25 – A super fundraiser for the roof!  Start bringing in donations of wine and liquor for the “fill your cellar” or “build your bar” event!  There will also be a silent auction and lots of games, including a cake/liquor walk, coin toss, ping pong ball toss and more!  More info coming up!

IMPORTANT ITEM OF INFORMATION – Pre-orders for prime rib on Fridays must be for orders of 4 or more dinners.   No pre-orders for one dinner.  Thanks for your cooperation.
