CHRISTMAS GIVING TREE A HUGE SUCCESS!
Many thanks to everyone who donated gifts and cash to the Giving Tree and to the ladies who helped wrap the many gifts!  It is an honor to be part of such a generous and giving club.  Because of the Redmond Eagles, two local families had amazing Christmas mornings.  Thanks!  Thea

for all their great efforts in raising funds for the new dance floor.  And, a big thanks to everyone who bought raffle tickets for the Seahawks jacket.  CONGRATULATIONS TO CHUCK BURGESS on winning the jacket!
SPEAKING OF THE DANCE FLOOR
There is a lot of discussion going on right now about getting the new floor installed in time for the Valentine’s Day party on Saturday, February 14.  Save the date now and plan to be among the first to dance on the new floor!  Lively dance music will be provided by the ever-popular  
“Southern Comfort.” 
OPPORTUNITY FOR YOUR INPUT
As mentioned above, a new dance floor will soon be installed, but it’s not too late to give your input and suggestions about the floor.  Please feel free to come to a special joint Aerie and Auxiliary meeting on Tuesday, January 20 at 6:30 p.m.  Or, you can put your comments and suggestions in the Suggestion Box.  Everyone’s ideas are welcome!

ANNUAL CRAB FEED 
SATURDAY, JANUARY 24, 2015
TICKETS STILL AVAILABLE!
This invitation is extended to all Eagles members, families and friends!  
All-you-can eat crab, clam chowder and salad bar for $35 per person
Or $15 for salad bar and clam chowder 
$1 raffle tickets are on sale now and 
will also be on sale during the crab feed. 
Prizes include: $300 Grand Prize; two $50 gift cards, eight $25 gift cards, a
Hoveround wheelchair, Eagles hats, Seahawks hat and lap robe and more! Unclaimed prizes will be available at the club after the crab feed.

LADIES AUXILIARY NEWS
A special “Valentine’s” membership drive will be held in February.  Look for flyers advertising the special membership rates, and encourage your friends to join!
There will be a District meeting at the Kirkland Eagles on January 11; breakfast at 8 a.m.; joint Aerie and Auxiliary meeting at 9:30 a.m.; individual meetings at 10 a.m.  The Auxiliary will have a guest speaker, and nominations for 2015-16 District Deputy will be announced.

The Lucky Dollar winner in December was Gloria Leighty – congratulations Gloria!
Join the Travel Club.  The annual dues are $10 per person or $20 per unit.  Travel Club meetings are held on the 2nd Wednesday of the month at 7 p.m.  The next meeting will be held on January 14.

DECEMBER BUS TRIP A BLAST!
According to all the reports I heard, everyone really enjoyed the bus trip to Sultan, Leavenworth and Roslyn.  So………..when is the next trip?
