SPECIAL EVENTS

December 31st we will have our annual New Year’s Eve Party.  Party starts at 8:00.  Beverages, confetti and food will be part of this must attend event.  Come dance your heart out with one of our favorite bands, Southern Comfort.  Cost and details available at the bar.

The Christmas Giving Tree is up and ready for us to express our generosity. Please take a tag or two from the tree and purchase the item on the tag return them with the tag attached to the club by December 17th.  The gifts will be wrapped and given to these very grateful families.

Let’s meet these special recipients who need our help with everything from the basic necessities to some items to make their Christmas as special as the one’s we share with our families:
Family #1 has four young girls. The mother has recently had three heart attacks and is currently unable to work. With mounting medical bills and only the father supporting the family let’s help reduce the burden and allow them to enjoy Christmas.

Family #1 has four young girls. The mother has recently had three heart attacks and is currently unable to work. With mounting medical bills and only the father supporting the family let’s help reduce the burden and allow them to enjoy Christmas.

Family #2 has four children in addition to a grown son with special needs. The mother is the sole caretaker for the special needs child. Let’s provide this family a memorable holiday.

Family #3 is a single mother with four young boys the youngest being 2 months. The mother is currently battling liver cancer. The family doesn’t know we have them on our giving tree. The grandmother put in a request for them. Let’s surprise this family with a very special Christmas.

We thank you in advance for your generous donations. In lieu of taking a tag feel free make a cash donation when you pay your tab at the bar. Make sure to tip your bartender they make this happen.

There will be a wrapping party prior to our employee party on December 19.  Wrapping will begin at 1:00.  Stay for the party bring a pot luck dish, and a $10-15 gift that will be part of the gifting game.  See our bartenders if you have any questions.

Building Update

As you can see we have made some incredible progress on getting the building painted, and complete.  You have done a great job with contributions.  We have moved forward two steps, and then we took one step back…..the plumbing issues and leaking pipes required considerable repairs.  The good news is we had the money, the bad news is it was $2,000.00.  The ceiling tiles have been purchased for the back room and we will continue to move forward.

WAY ABOVE & BEYOND
Ruby and Don Gisle for grabbing those paint brushes and moving forward with the interior paint.  You can see their beautiful work in the main stage and dance area of the club.  Thank you Ruby and Don for going above and beyond.
